Mogul Khan, a soldier in the Red Mist Army, harbored ambitious dreams of ascending to the rank of General. His ruthless combat prowess earned him steady promotions, though his path to power was paved with unconventional methods—notably his willingness to eliminate superior officers who stood in his way. During the grueling seven-year Campaign of the Thousand Tarns, Khan established himself as a formidable warrior, accumulating victories and accolades while his unit's roster mysteriously shrank. Following the campaign's triumphant conclusion, Khan seized the opportunity to claim the title of Red Mist General, adopting the fearsome moniker "Axe" to reflect his new status. However, his command structure had been significantly decimated; while enemy casualties accounted for many losses, a considerable portion of his own forces had perished by his hand during the conflict. This brutal rise to power left Axe with a depleted army and widespread distrust among potential followers. Undeterred by his isolation, Axe embraced his solitary position with confidence, viewing himself as a one-man force far superior to any traditional military hierarchy.
Axe Skills
- Berserker's Call: Axe taunts nearby enemy units, forcing them to attack him while he gains bonus armor during the duration.
- Battle Hunger: Enrages an enemy unit, causing it to take damage over time until it kills another unit or the duration ends. The enemy is slowed as long as they are facing away from Axe.
- Counter Helix: After a set number of attacks, Axe will perform a helix counter attack, dealing pure damage to all nearby enemies.
- Culling Blade: Axe spots a weakness and strikes, dealing pure damage. When an enemy hero is killed with Culling Blade, its cooldown is reset, and all nearby allied units gain bonus movement speed and armor. Axe permanently drenches his blade every time he kills an enemy Hero with Culling Blade, gaining bonus armor for each stack.
- One Man Army: Axe gains Strength based on %armor_pct_as_strength%%% of his Armor as long as there are no allied heroes within %radius% distance from Axe. The effect fades over %bonus_linger_duration%s after approaching an ally.
