The secluded monastery of Turstarkuri perched high in a mountain sanctuary, its monks devoted to meditation and spiritual discipline divorced from the material conflicts ravaging the kingdoms below. For centuries, the order maintained their isolation, untouched by the endless wars that scarred the lowlands. This sanctuary was shattered when the Legion of the Dead God launched an assault on the monastery, seeking to impose their nihilistic doctrine upon all faiths. The necromantic forces desecrated the sacred halls, slaughtering the meditative monks and conscripting their remains into undead servitude. A young pilgrim who served at the monastery—not yet formally inducted but devoted to the institution—witnessed the catastrophic fall of Turstarkuri. Horrified at the desecration of the monks he had grown to revere and the perversion of their corpses into instruments of the Dead God's will, the youth became the sole survivor of the monastery's destruction. Armed only with sacred scrolls salvaged from the ruins, he abandoned the mountain sanctuary and ventured into the wider world. Consumed by a singular purpose, Anti-Mage dedicated himself to hunting down the mages and practitioners who served the Dead God. His vendetta evolved beyond mere retaliation into an absolute conviction: the complete eradication of magic itself from the world. He would become the instrument of this righteous purge, a living contradiction to those who wielded arcane power.
Anti-Mage Skills
- Mana Break: Burns an opponent's mana on each attack and deals damage equal to a percentage of the mana burnt.
- Blink (Passive): Short distance teleportation that allows Anti-Mage to move in and out of combat.
- Counterspell: Passively grants magic resistance. Counterspell may be activated to create an anti-magic shell around Anti-Mage that blocks and reflects any targeted spells.
- Persecutor: Attacks slow enemies based on how much mana they are missing. Min slow at %mana_threshold%%% mana, up to max slow at 0%% mana. No effect if enemy is above %mana_threshold%%% mana.
- Mana Void: For each point of mana missing by the target unit, damage is dealt to it and surrounding enemies. The main target is also mini-stunned.
