**Background** Once the supreme deity commanding the heavens and father of the divine pantheon, Zeus has been stripped of his immortal status and cast down among mortals as punishment for his countless infidelities. His divine consort, tired of his perpetual dalliances with mortal women, issued him a harsh ultimatum: either abandon his philandering ways and prove his devotion through faithful service, or surrender his godhood entirely and perish as a mortal. Unable to contest her will—or her formidable magic—Zeus reluctantly accepted her terms. Now bound to the mortal realm, the former lord of gods maintains a facade of reformed virtue, though his attachment to immortality far outweighs any genuine affection for humanity. Treating the other Heroes as though they were his unruly offspring in need of correction, Zeus views his trials in battle as the crucible through which he might eventually reclaim his place in the heavens. Victory on the field has become his singular obsession—not from nobility, but from desperation to prove himself worthy of returning to his eternal throne and, more importantly, to the immortal life he deeply craves.
Zeus Skills
- Arc Lightning: Hurls a bolt of lightning that leaps through nearby enemy units that deal damage.
- Lightning Bolt (Passive): Calls down a bolt of lightning to strike an enemy unit, causing damage and a mini-stun. When cast, Lightning Bolt briefly provides unobstructed vision and True Sight around the target in a %sight_radius_night% radius. Can be cast on the ground, affecting the closest enemy hero in %spread_aoe% range.
- Heavenly Jump: Zeus performs a Heavenly Jump, leaping forward and shocking the closest visible nearby enemy (prioritizing heroes), dealing damage as well as reducing their movement and attack speed. Zeus gets %vision_radius% unobstructed vision around him for 3 seconds.
- Nimbus (Passive): Creates a storm cloud anywhere on the map that automatically casts Lightning Bolt on nearby enemies.
- Lightning Hands: Zeus gains bonus attack speed and his attacks create Arc Lightnings that deal a percentage of its damage. Can be toggled off to stop this effect.
- Thundergod's Wrath: Strikes all enemy heroes with a bolt of lightning, dealing damage no matter where they may be. Provides True Sight around each hero before they are struck.
- Static Field: Zeus shocks any enemy that he attacks or is hit by his abilities, causing damage equal to a percentage of their current health.
